The MyGuru approach is a new approach designed to accelerate the time people need to reconnect with strength and to be unleashed on their goals. We offer classes on-site or over the web. Just mention it when you register.  


Here is what you get:


 - Our approach derrived from client sessions which helps you build from the ground up and get stronger

 - As a member and part of our community, you have access to our on-line studio (just like yoga, martial arts or fitness) for          as long as you are in the program. There is an educational component to access the transformative experience as it is a          building process. 

 - Access to the live, teacher-lead session where we review material, apply it, hear others and learn from eachother

 - Access to apps for tracking your health

 - Videos and classes on health, mind work, fitness and areas of interest in our community

 - Social group of people who are going through things just like you. We help you, but you share and grow with others. We            do this social gathering after sessions and you will have access to the same people in private groups. 

 - Inspirational messages regularly to keep you charged

 - Email communication with your teacher to work through issues which are challenging you


Live sessions on-site, live on-line and retreat programs. Prices vary with our on-line studio membership being least expensive at $40 per month. 


Our transformation classes require a six-week "Foundations" class. The Foundation class has an approach which takes people through the process of unifying, defining, eliminating, choosing and learning tools. The goal of Foundations is to take you through a process of getting your head and heart stronger. You will meet others wanting to work on things like you and it is a great opportunity to gain social support. 

Then, in the second phase we call "Achievement Group", imagine a positive, forward-focused group of people just like you working to really do some incredible things. Step 1 and 2 are a powerful combination. You can stay in that group for as long as you need to accomplish your mission. There is no course work in the Achievement Group. You will be working on your more meaningful life. 

MyHappily Ever After

Divorced, broken-up or termination can lead to a crisis of identity and shatter our world. This is a powerful six-week class focusing on the Foundations. It combines a course material component to be done at home and a class at the center where we reinforce the learning. You will meet others with a similar focus and grow stronger.

Last Time Weight Loss

As a trainer for hundreds of people, I saw the obstacles to one and done permanent weight-loss and management. I studied psychology and coaching behavior. I wrote an approach to help. This is a powerful six-week class focusing on the Foundations. It combines a course material to be done at home and a class at the center where we reinforce the learning. You will meet others with a similar focus and grow stronger.

S.A.F.E. Situational Awareness for Everyone

The parameters surrounding personal safety have outgrown traditional self-defense courses. Crime and violence are multi-dimensional. Learn to identify conflict and where you have exposure. Basic self-defense will only be introduced. Tools and approaches are discussed. The best self-defense is to not need it. If you are responsible for people who look to you for protection (moms, dads, business organizations), you have an obligation to keep them safe. This two week course is mostly lecture based.

Warrior Kickboxing

Kickboxing, HIIT and Athletic Development for the Masses

Warrior Kickboxing focuses on an intelligent approach. First it is a system with progressions. Each class includes: a warm-up, agilities, acrobatic movements (rolls, somersaults…) explosiveness training, strength and stretching. We then learn skills and apply them tactically. We will break into occasional conditioning exercises and then return to skills acquisition and application. At the end of the class, we will spend time on self-defense, perform more conditioning, do challenge games and a final stretch for increased flexibility. Most classes will attempt to end in a cooldown and meditation to relax.

MyStressed Student

It is a fact. Kids are EXPERIENCING more stress than in prior non-war generations. With an explosion in depression and anxiety, we need to manage our minds to stay strong. 

Life can challenge us. Our thoughts and our relationships to the world are everything. Negative spirals sometimes become the norm. At some point, we just become negative and once negative, we stay negative. Fortunately, we have tools and approaches to change this. We can shock people with the simple tools available which will usher in a new day of positivity, optimism and thriving.
